Share a Presentation
Elizabeth would like to begin the Conversation by Sharing a PowerPoint Presentation. Here are the steps she would take.

2. Try It: Find the Sharing Options
The Lync Call is still online.
From left to right, the buttons are:
IM (Instant Message)
Phone
Video
Share
People
Go to Conversation->Share.

What Do You See? There are three tabs: Present, OneNote and Attachments.

The options for Present are:
Desktop
Program
PowerPoint
Whiteboard
Poll

And Try This: Share a Presentation
Click on PowerPoint.
